This is how Spring Break goes down in other areas of the country. In San Diego lawmakers banned anyone from drinking if their feet were touching the sand of the public beaches. So, spring breakers got around the law by setting up a "floating" city of rafts and inner tubes just off the beach.

It's been reported that Hugh Grant punched a guy in the face last week after the dude smeared chocolate cake on his face. Back in 2007, Hugh chucked a thing of baked beans at a photog.
