We're sending Mo, Jinger and Izzy's intern, out Friday with some cheezy pick up lines, and we need your help! Give us some that work, and some that don't!
IF MEN CAN DANCE, DOES THAT MAKE THEM SEXY?
Men who know how to dance will not only attract more women, but also more desirable women. In addition, they're the most popular with the ladies, according to a recent study from Rutgers University and the University of Washington. Why? It turns out that a man's dips, spins, twirls and glides may be telegraphing to women their genetic superiority.
Is It Cruel To Groom Your Dog To Look Like A Panda Or A Buffalo?
Until today, I'd never heard of creative dog grooming contests. And now, I'm never going to be able to get the images out of my head.
Apparently, there are competitions all over the country where people aggressively groom their dogs to look like all sorts of other creatures . . . from peacocks, pandas and giraffes, to disco dancers and even JOHNNY DEPP in "Pirates of the Caribbean".
These are different than the traditional, mainstream grooming contests. Those follow much stricter, more traditional rules. Here, people dye their dogs' fur, dress them up in insane costumes and try to be as ridiculous as possible.
Of course, there's one GIANT problem with this: It could be seen as borderline animal cruelty. Dog fur isn't really meant to be dyed, and parading your dog around in an uncomfortable costume makes him seem like a toy, not a living being.
Sandra Hartness is a creative dog groomer who disagrees. Quote, "People try to put their feelings on my dog and say she's humiliated. [But] she's excited when she sees the cameras. She'll pose on her own."
The network TLC is working on a reality show about creative dog grooming right now . . . it's focusing on Groom Expo, the Super Bowl of creative dog grooming
