Hot Fuzz:
What movie title best describes your love life?? I said "Kicking & Screaming".. Izzy said his was "Porky's". You had some great ones, like "Deep Impact", "Dusk till Dawn", "Short Circuit" and so many more!
ZoMbIEs!!!!:
What monsters are you still afraid of? I admitted that zombies freaked me out, even though I know it's ridiculous. Izzy is afraid of bloody mary and candyman. You opened up too, it seems Freddy Krueger (sp?), people who write horror stories, clowns and Jason from Friday 13th still creep you out.
From "What U Need 2 Know":
We keeep hearing about it. How not getting enough sleep causes obesity, is dangerous to our health, how we need to get our 7 -8 hours and still, we don't. Well, check this out, according to "Prevention" magazine, you can become so used to being sleep-deprived, you don't even notice how much it's affecting you on a daily basis. And sleeping in on the weekends won't fix it.
Even if you get seven or eight hours of sleep a night STARTING NOW, it might still take a few WEEKS before you're completely caught up on sleep. Here are four signs you need to make sleep a bigger priority . . .
#1.) YOU HAVE TROUBLE MAKING SIMPLE DECISIONS. When you're tired, it's harder for your brain to tell the difference between what's important and what's not. So you have to think about EVERY DECISION a little bit longer.
#2.) YOU EAT AND EAT, BUT YOU'RE STILL HUNGRY. Chronic sleep loss can mess with your blood sugar and make your body produce less leptin . . . which is a hormone that curbs your appetite. And lack of sleep also makes you produce MORE ghrelin (--pronounced grellin). It's a hormone that makes you hungrier.
#3.) YOU KEEP GETTING SICK. Researchers injected two groups of healthy volunteers with a cold virus: One group had gotten at least eight hours of sleep a night for the last week, and the other group had gotten less than seven hours a night. In the end, THREE TIMES as many sleep-deprived people got sick.
#4.) YOU'VE BEEN EXTREMELY EMOTIONAL. In one study, volunteers skipped one night of sleep, then looked at disturbing images while researchers monitored their brain waves. On no sleep, they had 60% more activity than normal in a part of the brain called the amygdala which helps process fear and anxiety. (Prevention.com)
