Today Lindsay Lohan was charged with grand theft over the $2,500 necklace she stole (and is seen wearing in the pic below). If convicted she could face up to 3 years in prison. Prosecuters are also deciding whether to charge her with assaulting a worker at her rehab center last month, which she tried to cover up by taking a picture with her that she can "sell on Ebay". At least I bet its easy to get a Valentines date in prison.....or 11 of them.
