Judge Drops DJ’s Case Against Taylor Swift

William Martinez, the U.S district judge ruled that the Taylor Swift couldn’t be held liable because the DJ David Mueller failed to prove that she had set out to get him fired back in 2013.
Mueller denied the groping claims and tried to sue Taylor and her mother for $3 million for ruining his career. In her countersuit Taylor only wanted a symbolic $1 and a message to be put out there for women’s rights.
