Most agreed it was just a form of communication, no harm intended but, there's others who think in a business situation it is never a good idea!
That led us to talking about calling a woman "Maam" and is that done when she's over the hill? Lots of girls said that it just made them feel ancient and out of the game! Others insisted it was just good manners and nothing else!
