Born in Lebanon VA, I've listened to Electric from the very beginning...ya know, back when everybody thought Britney Spears was hot. I began my modest radio career at a little station in Castlewood VA and eventually traveled up north to where they don't even put sugar in iced tea.

I got married, had a baby girl, got a puppy and decided that my little family had to come back to the Tri-Cities.

When I'm not on the radio, you can usually find me watching movies or cartoons, eating cheese fries at Outback or yelling at my toddler and the dog not to eat rocks or sit on the other's head.
