TCAT Meeting Regional Demand With Expansion Program

The Tennessee Center for Applied Technology located in Elizabethton is meeting demand with an expansion program that adds new classes in Tri Cities area. The changes come as the school sees demand for its college graduates on the increase. Additional classes will now be offered in Boones Creek, as well as Kingsport and several other locations in its five county service area. Governor Bill Lee has made Technical and Trade school improvements and expansion a priority in the proposed 2024 budget.
