Carter Man Arrested Last Week, Now Facing Additional Auto Theft And Burglary Charges

A Carter County man arrested last week on multiple theft charges is now facing additional offenses including two counts of auto theft and nine counts of auto burglary. Rodney Keith Kelly the third was Wednesday after investigators identified Kelly in connection with a series of auto thefts and auto burglaries in the Hunter, Keenburg and Milligan communities. Investigators also found other evidence linking him Kelly to numerous other auto burglaries and thefts. Kelly is being held on a 112 thousand dollars bond.
