ETSU Health extends COVID-19 testing site hours amid rising cases of Omicron variant

ETSU Health says it has extended its COVID-19 testing site hours, to better assist individuals as cases are anticipated to rise due to the Omicron variant, and at-home test kits become limited. The ETSU Health COVID-19 testing site is a convenient drive-thru operation located on North State of Franklin Road in Johnson City.

Officials say results for the PCR COVID test are provided within 24 hours. Service hours are now extended to 8:15 AM to noon, and 1 to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday; and 8:15 to noon on Fridays.
