Atlanta man makes plea deal in drug trafficking case

A man from Atlanta was sentenced to serve more than 21 years in prison on Monday after a plea agreement for money laundering and conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine in Johnson City. According to a release from the Department of Justice for the Eastern District of Tennessee, 33 year old Spencer Allen Bradley was sentenced to 262 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. A multi agency investigation into a “drug trafficking organization” began in July 2020. The investigation focused on reports of organized distribution of cocaine, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine in Northeast Tennessee.
