Accused stalker from Johnson City charged in jail

A Johnson City, Tennessee man is accused of sending 68 messages through text, phone calls, and mailed letters by a third party to a victim that has filed charges against him before.

Logan McDavid, 27, is now facing an aggravated stalking charge and violating a protective order following a Washington County investigation.

McDavid is already facing charges related to a December car chase involving the victim in Boones Creek. A judge has refused to issue McDavid bond in this case.
