Believe in Bristol accepting applications for Downtown Facade Improvement Grant

Believe in Bristol is now accepting applications for its Downtown Facade Improvement Grant on the Virginia side of the city. The grant is designed to help property owners revitalize and maintain their buildings. Eligible projects include new signage, lighting, awnings, as well as larger restoration or rehabilitation work. More than $60,000 will be awarded with individual grants of up to $10,000 available. Applicants must provide a 50/50 matching investment. Applications are open now through March 13th. Officials plan to notify award winners by the end of March.
