BREAKING: Viviant Healthcare of Bristol receives CMS notice of termination

A notice to the public of termination of Vivant Healthcare of Bristol has been issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services. The Notice says Viviant Healthcare of Bristol has failed to substantially comply with Medicare and Medicaid health and safety requirements. The document goes on to say that as of November 10th, CMS will terminate the Medicare provider agreement between the Secretary of Health and Human services and Viviant Healthcare’s Bristol location. This notice will require the relocation of residents at the facility, located on Bellebrook road in Bristol Tn. CMS says they will be closely monitoring the relocation of those residents to other facilities. CMS says the notice will posted on the cms.gov website. According to the Viviant Healthcare website, Viviant operates at total of 6 facilities including the Bristol location.
