Bristol shooting victim to be laid to rest over the weekend

Funeral services are scheduled for this weekend for Bristol, Tennessee shooting victim Lexy Coleman.

Former Honaker High School classmates and members of the King University Cheer and Dance Team will serve as honorary pallbearers for Coleman’s burial to be completed in Russell County, Virginia.
The 21-year-old was one of two people killed in a shooting one week ago on Lilly Street while a third victim remains hospitalized.

18-year-old Elijah Campbell is charged with the death of Coleman and 20-year-old Deonte Wright. He turned himself in hours after the incident after calling police in Bristol, Virginia.
