Charged With Two Counts Of Child Rape, 33 Year Old Remains Jailed

A 33 year old man charged with five felonies, including two counts of child rape and continuous sexual abuse of a child remains in a Carter County Jail Cell on 150 thousand dollars bond. 33 year old Benjamin Alexander Scott is facing those charges after Carter County School officials reported the incidents to Carter County Sheriff’s authorities. The case against Benjamin Alexander Scott was presented before a grand jury who indicted him on the five charges.
