ConnectKingsport mobile app allows residents to report issues in a snap

Kingsport City residents can access dozens of services and even report issues like potholes from the palm of their hand. The ConnectKingsport mobile app allows residents to have a direct line of communication with the city to request services or report non-emergency issues.

The app has a feature where residents can view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors. Additionally, citizens can create a “watch area” where they’ll receive notifications for all issues reported in their community, not just the ones they report. The ConnectKingsport app can be downloaded for free on the IOS app store or Google Play.
