Court date changed for murder suspect Jordan Allen

Jordan Allen is charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the alleged killing of his 7-year-old brother Jessie Allen and his grandmother back in April 2022. He was 16 years old at the time of the murders. Allen was in court in Greene County on Tuesday for a motions hearing. Allen’s attorney wants some crime scene photos removed or blacked out during the trial, citing the photos being too gruesome for the jury, or didn’t have to do with the case. Another motion request asked the judge to move the trial date which was originally set in May. The judge granted the motion request and pushed the trial to date to January 2025.
