Drug Take Back event happening at Mountain Home VA Medical Center Oct. 29

The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is hosting a drug take back event on Saturday at its Johnson City-Mountain Home campus. This event aims to give residents a safe, convenient way to dispose of expired or unwanted medication.

For the first time this year, this event is open to the public– not just veterans. Anyone with unwanted medication, including controlled substances, can attend this free event to drop them off. The drug take back happens at the Mountain Home VA Medical Center in Johnson City on Saturday from 8 to 4.
