Food City donates to Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center

Food City donated $27,050 to the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center. The donation will benefit the center’s new regional allied health simulation lab. The lab will help students learning different areas of allied health to work together in one place. $2,500 from the donation will help with special memorial scholarship endowments for students pursuing careers that include nursing, paramedics, pharmacy, and medicine.
