Governor Youngkin signs booze to go bill

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin has signed a bill that allows businesses to serve cocktails to-go permanently. The law that allows restaurants and bars to serve to go alcohol had been set to expire in July. The bill received overwhelming support in both the Virginia House and Senate. Virginia joins Twenty-six states that have passed laws to permanently allow cocktails to-go.
