Griffith Co-Sponsors Passage Of Medical Marijuana Research Act

Southwest Virginia, United States Congressman, Morgan Griffith says its time for scientists to get the information they need about marijuana’s potential benefits and harms. And Monday, the United States House of Representatives passed the Medical Marijuana Research Act, Griffith Co-sponsored the legislation.The Medical Marijuana Research Act establishes a new registration process to facilitate medical research on pot by registered practitioners.
