JCPD: Science Hill employee caught on camera stealing medications

A suspect identified as a custodian at Science Hill High School turned himself in after an investigation into medications that were missing.

A report from city police said Henry Overbay, 29, is charged with two counts of burglary.

The statement from the city also said surveillance video at the school captured Overbay entering the clinic area on Friday and several times on Monday.
