Johnson City Commission approves John Sevier Center study

The Johnson City Commission has approved a consulting firm to conduct a study of the John Sevier Center and Downtown Centre. The study by Hunden Partners would determine the best use for both sites in the downtown area. Phase one of the study would focus on the highest and best uses and market for the facilities. The second phase would include developer solicitation and selection services. The cost of the study would not exceed $175,000.
