Johnson City couple facing multiple counts of child endangerment and neglect

Johnson City police said they arrested a couple following an investigation into the child abuse and neglect of three children.

Helen Coy and David Miller are charged with heinous aggravated child endangerment and neglect. Investigators did not provide details on the felonies in Thursday’s report.

Coy and Miller were both jailed in Jonesborough and were issued a $100,000 bond.
