Johnson City juvenile charged with aggravated animal cruelty

A juvenile in Johnson City was arrested on November 11th and charged with aggravated animal cruelty. According to a report from Johnson City Police, the boy was jailed after deputies responded to a home in regard to a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, officers learned a juvenile male in the home had injured one of the family pets. The type of pet or its condition was not specified. The boy was cited into Johnson City Juvenile Court, according to JCPD.
