Jonesborough man accused of attacking woman over medication

Officers charged a Jonesborough man with aggravated domestic assault after they said he attacked the victim during a fight over medication.

Roger E. Allen, Jr, of Jonesborough, is accused of slamming the victim’s head into the floor several times and biting her ear at a home in the 2100 block of Highway 81 South. She required medical attention for her injuries.

Allen has a court date set for Tuesday.
