Man In Stolen Vehicle, Leads Authorities On Multi Jurisdictional Pursuit That Ends In Kingsport

A man is arrested and charged with numerous offenses in Sullivan County, Virginia, and North Carolina following a multi jurisdictional vehicle pursuit involving a stolen vehicle. 24 year old Aaron Bailey Johnson was reportedly seen driving a stolen vehicle from Mars Hill, North Carolina and refused to stop on Interstate 26. The chase ensued through Washington and Sullivan Counties, then into Scott County Virginia and eventually ended in Kingsport at Johnson’s home on Riverside Avenue. Johnson has numerous active warrants from multiple agencies.
