Megan Boswell Gets New Trial Date

Megan Boswell, accused of murdering her 15 month old daughter Evelyn in 2019 was set to go to trial this coming February. But Wednesday, Boswell and her new attorney Gene Scott were in court and heard their request for a change in the trial date is granted. Boswell’s new trial date before a jury is set for February of 2025. Boswell faces numerous charges, among those include two counts of felony murder.
