Police Arrest Johnson City Man On Statutory Rape Of Southwest Virginia Runaway Juvenile

A Johnson City man is arrested after police charge him with the statutory rape of a runaway juvenile from southwest Virginia. Nathan Acosta is being held without bond after police conducted a lengthy investigation revealing evidence of sexual intercourse between Acosta and the juvenile from Wise County, Virginia. Acosta was scheduled for arraignment and is being held in the Sullivan County Justice Center.
