Rare rooms: Special Hilton combo hotel to be built at Bristol’s Exit 7

More accommodations will be available in the Exit 7 area of Bristol, VA and that will also result in more jobs.

Officials with developer S&D Hotels and the chamber office had a groundbreaking ceremony for a dual-brand Hilton concept hotel with the Home2Suites and Tru by Hilton name plates.

The project at Village Circle will give guests the choice of an overnight or extended stay– one of only 31 such projects in the US–with a total of 160 rooms. City Council approved a $600,000 incentive to help close the deal with the firm. The hotel is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2025.
