Sean Williams request for new Attorney denied

Sean Williams has been denied his request for a new attorney in his federal child pornography production and escape cases. U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer denied his request to replace Joseph McAfee Monday. In a brief statement after a nearly hour long closed door conference with McAfee, Greer and Williams, Judge Greer said Williams was allowed to air his complaints, and that those complaints were not legally sufficient. Greer also said that Williams’ first trial, on escape and attempted escape charges will still start May 14.
