Smyth County investigators make arrest in nearly 10 year old child sex case
An investigation into possible child abuse in Smyth County, Virginia has led to indictments from a grand jury.
A report from Sheriff Chip Shuler’s office said 50-year-old Robert Nolan Wolfe faces two counts of abduction of a minor, forcible sodomy and indecent liberties and three counts of carnal knowledge.
Shuler’s report said the cases date back to 2007 and 2008. The Marion Police Department assisted in the investigation.
