Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office receives ninth CALEA re-accreditation

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office received its ninth re-accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). This recognition process takes reviews of practices, input from the community, and staff interviews to the board of CALEA commissioners, where they decide whether a department receives the honor.

Sheriff Jeff Cassidy says he is proud of the men and women of the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and their commitment to meeting CALEA’s high standards.
