Sullivan East alum creates new honor award

A new award is being sponsored by Sullivan East Alumni, Travis Vance to honor people who have made a positive impact in their community. Each school in the East Zone will have a nominee with one winner will be selected from the five nominees at an Awards Ceremony in May. Each nominee receives $500 and the winner will receive $3,000. Their school will receive $1,000 for school supplies and classroom needs. Contact any of the East Zone Schools (Sullivan East High, Sullivan East Middle, Emmett Elementary, Bluff City Elementary, or Mary Hughes Elementary) for nomination forms.
