Two booked on child sex charges in Greene County

Two men from Greene County have been indicted on numerous child sex charges by a grand jury.

Sheriff Wesley Holt’s report said Anthony Charles Roe, 24, is facing 28 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and a judge set his bond at $80,000.

Paul Winslow Mauney, 56, turned himself in on Tuesday and is charged with 12 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the Internet Crimes Against Children task force. The sheriff’s report also said the charges were not connect any children locally.
