UPDATE: $1,000 reward offered on information on Carter County person of interest

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information on the whereabouts of a man named a person of interest in a Carter County criminal investigation.

Brandon Carrier is wanted for questioning related to a car fire found on Elizabethton’s Dry Branch Road one week ago with human remains found inside.

The ID of the person has not been released.
