UPDATE: Carter County siblings found safe in North Carolina

Carter County investigators say three siblings who were missing for nearly four weeks have been found safe. Investigators say Jacob, Josh, and Amber Harmon were found yesterday morning in North Carolina with the help of the Avery County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the report, the children are in the process of being taken back into state custody. Carter County officials say more details will be released soon.
