UPDATE: Four men found with kidnapped teen in Bristol officially charged in North Carolina

The four men taken into custody at Exit 7 in Bristol, Virginia after a State Trooper saw their SUV carrying a kidnapped victim are officially charged in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The preliminary report said Steven McGovern, 19, Alana Adams, 27, D’Anthony Tuthill, 22, and Dustin Hicks, 34 are accused of forcing the victim, 18-year-old Tierstan Cochran, inside the vehicle near Fayetteville and then fled westbound.

The four suspects are all from Tennessee and are charged with first-degree kidnapping and felony conspiracy. Investigators said more charges are likely.
