UPDATE: Husband charged in February Saltville murder

A man accused of killing his spouse in Washington County, Virginia is in custody.

A Sheriff’s Office report said Albert Esposito, 58, was arrested by Philadelphia homicide detectives and awaits extradition on three weapon charges and premeditated first-degree murder.

Detectives said forensic evidence linked Esposito to the couple’s Saltville residence the night of the shooting in February. 53-year-old Yvette Esposito was found wounded and later died at an area hospital.
