UPDATE: Tennessee unemployment website fully restored and operational

The Tennessee unemployment database, Jobs4TN.gov, is now fully operational after a network incident at the website’s operating company, Geographic Solutions. The site was inaccessible for more than a week while cybersecurity teams worked to investigate and recover what they called “anomalous activity” on the website.

Officials say as of July 4th, recovery groups have finished the testing phase of bringing the website back online. Claimants can now file unemployment, re-certify, and receive any payments delayed by this outage.
