Washington County inmate facing contraband charge after X-ray

A man arrested for stealing items in Washington County, Tennessee is facing additional charges after officers found illegal drugs in his possession while being processed for jail.

An XRay scan conducted on Ryan Cress, 38, of Horse Creek, showed an item that contained meth, Xanax, and suboxone, resulting in the Sheriff’s Office placing a charge of introduction of contraband against Cress.
