15th annual Speedway in Lights 5k coming up Sunday

The holiday festivities are getting started at Bristol Motor Speedway this weekend. More than a thousand runners and walkers are expected to take part in the 15th yearly Speedway in Lights 5k Walk/Run. It’s a three-mile race through the Food City Speedway in Lights course. The event kicks off winter fundraising for Speedway Children’s Charities which helps to support kids and families across the region. The race is coming up this Sunday beginning at 6 p.m.
