AHHP meets with stakeholders to discuss new project

The Appalachian Highlands Housing Partners met with stakeholders at the Higher Education Center to discuss their new project aimed at creating a custom home factory in Russell County. The initiative is intended to serve as a pipeline for contractors, engineers, and other professionals. Virginia Highlands Community College is among the institutions planning to collaborate on the project. The leadership of Appalachian Highlands Housing Partners is scheduled to present their concept this week in Roanoke at the Governor’s Housing Conference.
