Early Thursday tractor-trailer crash injures driver, blocks lanes on I-81

All lanes have reopened after one person was injured after a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 81 in Sullivan County Thursday morning. A report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol says a tractor-trailer was traveling north on I-81 near mile marker 67 just before 4:30 a.m. when it entered into the right lane and hit the guardrail. The tractor-trailer hit another guardrail and drove into the grass median with the trailer flipped over blocking both northbound lanes of I-81. The driver of the tractor-trailer was injured in the crash.
