AT&T North Roan Street call center in JC moves to “work from home” model
An AT&T company spokesperson said the company has decided to transition its Johnson City call center on North Roan Street to a “work-from-home model.” Local employees will now have the option to move into remote roles. The announcement noted that while Care operations will no longer be based in a physical center locally, the companies commitment to employees and the Johnson City community remains as strong as ever. The move comes as AT&T says it continues to streamline operations and adapt to changing customers and business needs.
