Son accused of injuring father in Scott County shooting

The alleged gunman in a Thursday afternoon shooting in Scott County was arrested in neighboring Russell County without incident.

Joshua Paul Durham, 28, is accused of shooting his father, 57-year-old James Henry Chadwell, multiple times at a home in Dungannon.

Durham is jailed without bond and is charged with one count of aggravated malicious wounding. Chadwell was flown to an area hospital for treatment.
