Northeast Tennessee trio charged in North Carolina armed robbery

A trio of East Tennessee residents are jailed in Madison County, North Carolina after police reported a Facebook Marketplace sale that went south.

According to police, the seller had arranged to meet the potential buyer of a gun in Hot Springs but wound up as the victim of an armed robbery with one of the occupants of the vehicle pointing a gun at the victim.

A day later, Tennessee law enforcement agencies in Hamblen County and Morristown arrested Isaiah White, 31, of Morristown, Hailey Jackson, 21, of Greeneville, and Gage Flora, 18, of Mooresburg.

Madison County officials said the three suspects will be extradited back to North Carolina.
