TBI issues Silver Alert for missing Johnson City man

The TBI issued a Silver Alert for a missing man last seen in Johnson City. 67-year-old Daniel Baer was last seen on Wednesday afternoon near his home on Princeton Road. He was wearing a red coat, a gray hoodie, and blue and gray tennis shoes. Baer is believed to be on foot and reportedly has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely.
