Man charged with reckless homicide in Bristol, TN

A man has been charged with reckless homicide in Bristol, TN. Around 10:30 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to E. State Street regarding a suspicious death. The body was sent to the Jenkins Forensic Center for autopsy. Detectives charged 27-year-old Noe De Jesus Puquir Martinez with reckless homicide. Martinez was taken into custody and transported to the Sullivan County Jail. The investigation is underway and additional charges are being considered.
